The flat can accommodate up to four people and combines modern comforts with a peaceful location. Two cosy bedrooms – one with a double bed, the other with two single beds – ensure a good night’s sleep. Two modern bathrooms with a shower and toilet offer added comfort, particularly for families or friends travelling together. Families with young children are very welcome: a cot and a high chair are, of course, available on request.
The large, fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking together and features, amongst other things, a dishwasher, a coffee machine and generous worktops. The bright living and dining area is tastefully furnished and, with a Smart TV and high-speed fibre-optic internet, offers the ideal setting for relaxing evenings or a workspace with spectacular views.
A washing machine, free Wi-Fi, bed linen, hand towels, bath towels and beach towels are also provided for your stay.
Free parking is available in front of the building. A lift takes you comfortably up to the 4th floor.
Location
The location is ideal for exploring the unspoilt north of Tenerife. The popular Playa San Marcos is within easy walking distance. There you’ll find a beach open all year round with lifeguards on duty, showers and toilets, as well as cosy cafés, bars and restaurants right on the promenade. Enjoy regional specialities and round off the day with a stunning sunset by the sea.
Families are also well catered for: there are several playgrounds nearby, as well as a modern sports ground with football and basketball pitches, where children and teenagers can play and let off steam to their heart’s content.
A small supermarket is just a few minutes’ walk away. Right outside the house is a bus stop with regular services to Icod de los Vinos and other destinations in the north of the island.
Nature lovers will find numerous walking trails in the surrounding area, whilst beachgoers can enjoy one of the few beaches in the north of Tenerife where swimming is possible all year round.
